Right of withdrawal 

The Customer has the right to return all items purchased from So Yes within 14 days of receipt. If the Client wants to exercise this right, the Client must inform So Yes of this by e-mail (info@so-yes.com).

The following articles will not be taken back:

·         Worn, soiled, damaged, washed or incomplete articles

·         Articles with the label removed

·         Articles that contain fragrances of perfumes or others


If the above conditions are not met, So Yes reserves the right to return the items to the sender. 


How to return
 
Articles are returned via 
the So Yes return portal. The customer follows 5 simple steps to create a return label. 

1. View shipment: The customer gives their zip code and tracking number of the package. 
2. Returning details: The customer's e-mail address and telephone number are requested. The customer states the reason for the return shipment and can leave a message.
3. Choose delivery point
4. Confirmation: The customer checks all data
5. Print return label: the label can be downloaded and printed.

The customer affixes the label to the package to be returned and delivers it to a postal point. By using the return portal, the package can be returned free of charge.

Refunds
 
If all the above conditions are met, the product will be reimbursed in the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The shipping costs for returning are at the expense of So Yes, but the shipping costs of the outbound shipment are not reimbursed.


Exchanging 

The items cannot be exchanged for another model, only for a different size. To exchange one article for another, the customer must send an email to info@so-yes.com with the request to exchange the article in question. The customer can then return the item to Yzerbergstraat 40, 8750 Zwevezele within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returning the article are borne by So Yes.  

If the correct size of the item in question is no longer in stock, So Yes will inform the customer of this and the full amount will be reimbursed in the same payment method that was used for the purchase. However, the shipping costs of the outbound shipment are not reimbursed.

Provided that the article to be exchanged is unused and not damaged, the article with the correct size will be resent. Worn, soiled, damaged or washed articles will not be taken back. 

To make the right choice regarding size and fit, So Yes strongly recommends that you read the product description and size tables carefully. It is also indicated whether the chosen item is small, large or exactly according to the specified size.
