Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
Customers within the EU have the right to return any items purchased from So Yes within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, please notify So Yes by email at info@so-yes.com.
The following items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances:
Items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or washed, or that are incomplete.
Items with the tags removed.
Items carrying the scent of perfume or other odours.
If the above conditions are not met, So Yes reserves the right to send the items back to the sender.
How to return items
To return an item, please send an email to info@so-yes.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive a return label by email, which you can print. Attach the label to your return parcel and drop it off at a postal collection point. You do not need to pay anything at the collection point.
Refunds
If you return your entire order and all return conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount and the original standard shipping costs. Any additional charges for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are payable by the Customer. If So Yes provides a return label, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. So Yes may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received.
Ordering a different size or item
Would you like a different size, colour or style? You can return the item you received and place a new order through our webshop. This allows you to check immediately whether your preferred item is still available, without having to wait for your return to be processed.
Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@so-yes.com, stating your order number. You will then receive a return label by email. Return shipping costs are payable by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund.
Place a new order through our webshop for your preferred size or item. Our usual shipping charges apply to this new order.
Once we have received the returned item in good condition and processed your return, we will refund the amount due using the payment method used for the original order. The return conditions described above remain applicable.
To help you choose the right size and fit, we recommend reading the product description and size chart carefully.
